Making Personal Connections
“Southern Indiana is a tight-knit community, and I enjoy getting to know so many people through the practice. Real, personal connections are forged as we move beyond patient and provider and build a rapport. I often see former and current patients and families around town and at community gatherings: they greet me as a friend and that means the world to me.
I also enjoy the process of orthodontics itself. Watching teeth gradually move and the accompanying change in the individual’s appearance inspires me. As I see their smile change, their self-esteem blossoms and they gain confidence throughout treatment. By the time we’re finished, they are ready to take on the world with their new smile!”
